Victorville, CA – Assemblymember Juan Carrillo, with support from Family Assistance Program, will be hosting Tacos & Taxes, a free tax preparation and resource fair on March 2, 2023 from 11:00am-3:00pm at the Family Assistance Program Administrative Office, located at 15075 7th Street, Victorville, CA 92395.
Tacos & Taxes is open to the public and will provide attendees with access to free tax preparation services, including assistance with filing state and federal taxes. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the California Earned Income Tax Credit, a program that provides a financial boost to low- to moderate-income workers, and additional resources available to Californians. The event will also include free tacos for the first 50 attendees.
Members of the media are invited to attend the event and speak with organizers and attendees. Interviews can be arranged upon request.
